GENERAL CONDITION
Except as otherwise expressly agreed, ANNAM JUNK (Green Path Co.
Ltd.) and its client (or “Client”) and/or Agent (or “Agent”) agree
that the terms and conditions for the services rendered by ANNAM
JUNK to the Client, whether on an individual or a tour basis (or the
“Services”) shall be governed by the Booking Conditions set out
below and that the said Booking Conditions shall form an entire part
of the service contract, whether verbal or written, entered into
between ANNAM JUNK and the Client/Agent.

Prices are according to category of accommodation , vehicles and
others services mentioned on each tour programme.

The reservation should be online booking or sent by fax, mail, or

The reservation is effective only when you already paid money of the
service to ANNAM JUNK and ANNAM JUNK confirms it by email.
Confirmation [ Top]
You should reconfirm your reservation and send deposit to ANNAM JUNK
at least 1 day before check in . You have inform to Annam Junk where
your hotel in Hanoi for pick you up. Your reservation is effective
only when you have done this confirmation already.
Note:
The clients must
give
full
name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number and
Vietnam visa expiration date of all travelers at least 1 day before
check in Annam Junk. Shuttle Bus will pick you up 7:30 AM at your
hotel in Hanoi old quarter. Please, you will be at the
lobby of hotel on time.
Shuttle Bus cannot wait a long time in Hanoi old
quarter because of police. The Clients stay in hotel outside Hanoi
old quarter or Hanoi Centre must pay extra 5 usd per person for pick
up and drop up at your hotel.
Cancellation [ Top]
If a client decides not to participate in the tour the deposit will
be forfeited to cover communication expenses and cancellation
charges.
More than 7 days before departure No cancellation charge
Between 6 days to 3 day 30% of total price
Less than 72 hours before departure 100% of total price
Deposits [ Top]
ANNAM JUNK must receive a deposit from the client as 30% of total
tour cost at least 1 working day before Check in. Deposit should be
sent by bank draft or pay by Credit debit Card ( Master, Visa or
American Express ) by online booking system or transfer to bank
account of ANNAM JUNK .

show the voucher of reservation and show the credit card paid the

3. After clients arrived in Vietnam the rest of the tour
cost must be sent to ANNAM JUNK by transfer to our bank account, or
in cash directly to ANNAM JUNK.

upon request. Insurance fees is 1.5USD/day/ person, cover with
